Currently I have one beer in the process of fermenting. It is an oatmeal rum raisin stout. Today I will be adding some rum soaked vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
In the fridge I have four brews that are ready for consumption. There is an Irish red, a spiced stout, an IPA, and a "dark" saison.
Next brew is still in the planning process and has not yet been decided.
